Greek News Agenda: LISTEN UP! IT’S MUSIC DAY

European Music Day in Greece is celebrated from June 19 to 23, with over 350 bands and musicians in 17 cities all over Greece, including Athens, Volos, Ioannina, Rhodes, Chania, and Santorini. Three concerts with artists from Germany, France and Great Britain were chosen by the European Commission’s Intercultural Dialogue
2008 project to promote the institution.
European Music Day supports the works of the 2nd International Documentary Festival on Disability “Emotion Pictures (June 19-23).
Moreover, the audiences who cannot attend the events can tune in at “mindradio“, the radio station which will be broadcasting the concerts live from Syntagma, offering the opportunity for anyone to host his own radio show.
